Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GlassRevive Glass Repair Kit. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

30-day returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened kits that have been used are not eligible for a full refund unless the product is defective.

Defective or damaged items

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

How to return

  1. Email contact@glassrevive.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label. Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it is processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
